I am walking for Tower, the fourth movement of the Cathedral Symphony. 

The tower of Mechelen Cathedral towers over the medieval city. From the top, you can see the neighbouring cities of Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent, some 50km away. 

Tower has a triumphant theme which scales up like the 538 steps at Mechelen, reaching ever higher. This is set against a vibrant rhythm in the wind and percussion, powering towards a majestic reprise of the opening chorale of West Door.
