Emergency! I had my composer notebook but not my pencil. While enjoying a glass of wine as a respite from bustling Brussels, I had some ideas for Gerontius' Love. So, I recorded an audio note before visiting The Cathedral for more respite in My Holy Place.
Then, on the bus home, what should I see on the floor – a pencil. And, what's more, it's a 2B – perfect for musical notes.
