Who knew 16thC polyphony was so popular! We have 18 coming round tonight for Pasta and Polyphony. On the menu is Palestrina (Tu Es Petrus), Clemens Non Papa (Fremuit Spiritu Jesus), Holst (Nunc Dimittis) and McGonigal (Animals and O Sacrum Convivium).
